If you need to clean up any data in your management system, put it here! The form is also a smart form, and the responses that you put on the top of the form will transpose to the call portion. If any of your team members or agency standards change, contact us for a form update.

On the Call

Next, we go on to the script for on the call. You will see that there are scripts built into the call sheet. If you would like to change any of the wording or add any questions, contact us for customization. You can add in and include additional questions to help fuel additional cross sells or updated information.

Remarketing

We then go to the remarket section which walks an account manager through the questions to ask if a potential remarket comes up. The questions are designed to help reduce remarketing and re-shopping accounts. You want to configure this area to have remarketing qualifying questions to help your team decide if a remarket is warranted or they need to re-review discounts.

Lastly we wrap up with gratitude, referral campaigns and documentation.
