Pre-Call Preparation

First, we start with the pre-call preparation. This is a good time to confirm contact information and to clean up any necessary data in your management system. If you need to clean up any data in your management system, put it here! The form is also a smart form, and the responses that you put on the top of the form will transpose to the call portion. If any of your team members or agency standards change, contact us for a form update.

On the Call

Next, we go on to the script for the call. You will see that there are scripts built into the call sheet. If you would like to change any of the wording or add any questions, contact us for an edit. Over time you may want to include additional questions to help fuel additional cross sells or updated information.

Remarketing

We then go to the remarket section which walks an account manager through the questions to ask if a potential remarket comes up. The questions are designed to help reduce remarketing and re-shopping accounts. You want to configure this area to have remarketing qualifying questions to help your team decide if a remarket is warranted or they need to re-review discounts.

Gratitude

Lastly, we wrap up with gratitude, referral campaigns and documentation.
