If a solution is offered to a problem and you reject it, the truth is that now you canโt complain about the problem anymore. Instead, you should try to embrace the idea that every solution deserves a chance to solve the problem. Now, solutions often have to be changed and updated, and thatโs okay, but you should still give them a chance.
We need to take ownership over our piece of the puzzle
Everyone in an agency is part of the puzzle, and everyone needs to take ownership over what theyโre contributing to the situation. When someone suggests a solution that isnโt well-received, you should work to unify people and come up with a solution. Just because youโre standing back doesnโt mean youโre an innocent actor.
Maybe we simply need to build a bridge
If something happens today that we need to solve, itโs possible that we need an immediate solution to build a bridge and get over the issue right now. This can help things in the long term, because instead of letting the issue fester, weโre solving it right now.ย
