- Give yourself some grace
Change can be messy and difficult, so it’s important to be gentle with yourself during big changes. Giving yourself grace means not being too hard on yourself as you adapt to new things.
- Don’t stop when you encounter a challenge
In order to be a Ridiculously Amazing Agent, don’t look at a challenge as a time to stop. Moving through a challenge will help you embrace and adapt to change.
- Work together as a team
When you’re going through change at your agency, it’s likely you’re not alone. Make sure you tap into the team around you, to support one another, and outlast the suck of change together.
