[WIN Update] All Shapes and Sizes Welcome

As many of you may know we are passionate about inspiring and fueling the success of Women owned agencies. We recently started WiN (Women’s Insurance Network) to help bring women owned agencies together. The initial request from some founding members was to focus on agencies that are $1 million+ in revenue so that group would be with other like sized boss ladies.

After careful consideration we want to open up the opportunity to all shapes and sized agencies. While the initial intentions were on point we know we can best serve more women owned agencies by taking away this restriction. During the event we will work to serve all shapes and sizes by pairing like agencies together and still encouraging dialog for everyone.

It has been an honor to speak with a few dozen women owned agencies this week and learn about agencies of all shapes and sizes. We take your recommendations seriously.

Here are some exciting updates to the WiN Event 10/31 – 11/1 in San Diego:

  • All women owned agencies are welcome to participate, there is NO revenue restriction
  • It is still limited to only 25 seats, so if you are interested act now
  • If you can’t make it because of other events you can now purchase a virtual ticket so you can participate from your office!

“I think this process was very beneficial and I think we are in a position for a very strong year and the future is very bright. I was able to take account of myself through our interviews and discussions and have found many areas in which I personally need to improve. You have also given me a sense of direction going forward to be a better boss, person and mentor to our staff.”

The attitude of the entire agency has improved immensely. I think we are striving to work more as a team. We are trying to be more encouraging to each other and to applaud each other’s accomplishments. Thanks for being a nice, caring person!”
