Our first article focuses on the need for a Smarketing approach in your agency. We have been advocates of Smarketing or Sales Based Marketing for over 5 years now and it was a great opportunity to share how this approach can drive the ROI agencies are looking for and generate high quality leads. Agents need to move away from “check list marketing” to marketing with purpose. In any small business managing your resources is critical which is why your agency needs to consider how sales and marketing will work together to fuel success.
A great example of Smarketing is marketing supporting networking events, and producers participating in fueling the marketing of networking events. Confused? No worries.
