Breaking News – AppX Sales Agency Results

Hot off the presses, we just completed another 6 month Sales Experience for an agency in Massachusetts. While the agency would like to remain anonymous (we don’t want their competitors finding out their secrets) we couldn’t keep their results to ourselves. They were just too good, and the team put their heart and soul into executing new strategies.

Our mystery agency is in Massachusetts and has 6 people on their sales and service team. The agency was already a great success but they are looking to constantly improve and stay ahead of the curve. Many of them admitted they had never had any formal sales training and wanted to consistently hit the team bonus and goals. We launched our AppX Sales program in January with the following steps:

  • Launch training day with workbooks, scripts and training guide
  • Aligned their sales tracking to show closing ratios and build a list to follow up with
  • Held bi-weekly sales meetings to review results and progress
  • Each sales meeting had 1 more nugget to work on and work through (ie: life sales, quoting over the phone, multi-lining)
  • Official graduation

The team experienced the following for results:

  • Closing ratio increased from 30% to almost 50%
  • 24% increase in written premium over the same 6 month period in 2016
