All Sessions are 1 Hour & Limited to a Maximum of 15 Students. This course is designed to empower learners to reclaim their time with efficiency strategies to manage their emails and tasks. We also cover first call resolution practices to eliminate backlog.

Students who successfully complete all homework assignments, receive a passing grade on quizzes, and attend at least 8 out of the 10 instructor-led training sessions will receive a graduation certificate and be eligible for prizes at the end of the course!
