Ridiculously Amazing Agency: Preferred Insurance Center 1 Year Later

You may have read one of our original case studies about Preferred Insurance Center about 1 year ago. Located in Coldwater, Ohio Preferred Insurance Center had already made the commitment to becoming a salescentric agency and had been on the path of growth for several years. Dan had originally contacted us to assist with a lagging morale and a strong retention strategy. We were pleased with our results after only a few months of working with Preferred and we wrote our third case study on their success. As we graduate our clients onto maintaining our programs on their own we like to stay in touch and see how their performance continues to improve.

One year later the team at Preferred actually says they are comfortable with the workload. The service team has 0 new team members from when we left AND they have additional customers to serve. Getting proactive has allowed the team to have a more manageable workload and a reduction in remarketing activity. We immediately launched our proactive renewal call program, where each client gets 1 phone call per year prior to renewal. Who would think that adding more work would reduce work in the long run?
