New Insurance Case Study: Preferred Insurance Center Fresh Start for Epic Results

Preferred Insurance Center had been focusing on growth and it was working. In fact when we first met them, they made the comment that they had too many leads. Can you image? Too many! After 3 years of being devoted to changing from a service to a sales structure, some growing pains started to emerge. Preferred Insurance Center, located in Coldwater, Ohio is a pretty typical, primarily personal lines agency on the surface. Run by Dan Muhlenkamp and Roger Ridler, this 102 year old agency is special. As you read this case study notice the pink flamingos, they are the agency’s mascot!

From time to time Agency Performance Partners talks about the difference between a good problem and a bad problem. 2. Focused on changing the mental attitude, from “The owners are responsible to make me happy at work” to “I’m making my own happy!”

3. Created a new title, Director of Positivity. This person was in charge of intervening if morale started waning
