Our 2015 Goals At Agency Performance Partners

What a great 7 months it has been! Agency Performance Partners officially launched on June 7th and we has been going full steam since. As I am sure many of you have also been, we are  hard at work planning for 2015. We absolutely cannot wait for the New Year and new opportunities to help agencies perform at the highest level possible.

Before we share with you our world domination plans for 2015, we want to sincerely thank all of the wonderful clients who have decided to partner with us this past year. We have conducted over 50 secret shopper calls, assessed almost 200 agency employees and worked in over 7 states. Eeyore and Tigger are also slowly taking over America with their take on running agencies. Special thank you to Rick Morgan and Peter van Aartjik for having us on a recent OnPoint Podcast. Also, thank you to the Michigan YAC and Michigan PIA for allowing us speaking opportunities last year. We are excited to soon announce two new speaking engagements for the upcoming year. We literally could not have done it all without everyone’s support.

Here are OUR Performance Plans for 2015:

Social Media: You will see our social media change a bit in 2015. We will be focusing on Motivational Monday, Recipe for Success Wednesday and Fun Filled Fridays. Motivational Monday will be a great quote or tip you can share with your team on success. Recipe for Success Wednesday will include a step by step process you can implement to fuel your agency’s performance.  Fun Filled Fridays are tips on motivating your team! Remember you can’t get this great information without connecting with us on social media!

Public Speaking: We are always interested in getting out to your state to fuel the passion for performance. If you are a member of a group or association looking for a speaker, think of us! We have listed our presentation topics on our website. Agency Performance Partners has also teamed up with Paradiso Presents to bring your event to the next level. Chris Paradiso talks about the results from his marketing strategy, where we speak about how to execute the marketing campaigns you need! This April we will be hosting an event with Travelers Insurance that focuses on marketing, for more details you can visit the event page here.

Find, Attract and Keep The Best Talent E-Book: In the Spring of 2015 we will be launching our first E-book on hiring best practices within the insurance space. This E-book will take you on a journey to from determining exactly what you need in your organization to asking the right interview questions. We even added in a section on keeping top talent. We all know employees are your biggest investment, finding the right ones are important!

Vendor Page: We constantly get asked what vendors to work with, everything from management systems to phone apps. The Agency Performance Partners will be offering an upgrade to have vendor recommendations with discounts to our trusted partners. Watch for it in the New Year!

Women’s Insurance CEO Group: Calling all female owned agencies. We will be creating a mastermind group for women run agencies. This group’s mission is to invest time in working with top agencies across the country to share best practices and visions for the future.

Agency Performance Academies: Sometime in 2015 we will be launching  insurance performance academies across the country. They will focus on Leadership Development, Sales and Marketing. Watch for additional information on how you can enroll your team!

We have a few other tips and tricks up our sleeves too, so stay tuned! We wanted to post our plans to you help hold us accountable to our goals. Feel free to send or post us your agency goals.  The more people who know about them, the greater the likelihood they will happen!
