am into sports, playing volleyball and basketball are my favorite stress relievers. I am always interested in playing chess cause they says it improves your health and function of the brain in several ways. I’ve been a church choir for 7 years and play the alto part.
I took up a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I have been a customer service advisor for 5 years, I have gained the passion for helping customers and get a positive buzz from providing outstanding service and great pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience then upgraded as a Technical support to be responsible for resolving technical issues. These issues are perceived or actual problems in the product or service for which the client is seeking support.
