Personal Facts About Me
I have 2 children, a daughter and son. I recently got married last December 6 2024. Which is also my Birthday. Also my first day on APP has Typhoon land fall that I am not aware, I rode my motorcycle on the way to the office and I had 2 hrs allowance, however the heavy rain fell half way but forgot to pack my raincoat with me, I decided to go back home to pack a change office clothes and get raincoat. I pack my office clothes, slacks, polo, and shoes to change once I get to the office. By the time I’m in the office to change, I accidentally picked the wrong slack which is my wife’s maternal slacks, on my first day I was not comfortable. It’s really tight on my tummy since it has high waist slacks and it looks like leggings to me. But the good thing is I am able to overcome the day because the APP team welcomed me very warmly! As Kelly always says it is uncomfortable in our first times, but at least I am not pregnant.Â
Outline of My Career
I’ve been a service crew member of Mcdonalds for 3 years as a working student of Senior High to Freshmen college. As a Service Crew I learned how to match the phase demand of Customers and hone my multi tasking skill, until I was promoted as Crew Trainer. However, Pandemic Hits and I choose to leave the Fast Food industry.
I started my BPO Career handling Financial Credit Card account in Alorica. I’ve been working as a financial customer representative for 8 months until the Account Client decided to pull out from the company. Then I was endorsed in the Telco Account handling Post Paid plan, I worked as a Tier 1 Customer Representative for 8 months and then was promoted to Tier 2 Technical Support for 1 year.Â
Then I started on Concentrix Handling E-Commerce accounts for cloud storage of personal domain e-mail accounts. I’ve been part of the technical team that handles Bugs of AI features. Where we perform multiple troubleshooting from basic to advanced.
A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT ME
I love to spend my rest day with my family, while I prepare snacks. I love to recreate and fuse different foods around the globe.
