As a frontliner at APP, my mission will be to ensure every client’s needs are met with excellence and attention. I will be the first point of contact, providing personalized support to help independent agencies unlock their potential. By managing schedules, streamlining workflows, and creating tailored success timelines, I will make sure each agency stays on track and achieves their goals with confidence and efficiency.

Personal Facts About Me

I am a creative at heart. Art, design, and style are not just elements of my work—they are woven into the fabric of my life. They allow me to feel truly human. Whether I’m creating art, curating outfits, or accessorizing with meaningful trinkets, I embrace the joy of self-expression. These acts keep my inner child alive, reminding me to stay curious, inspired, and connected to the world around me.

Outline of My Career

I began my career working as an all-around staff member at a library café, where I juggled multiple roles including cashier, barista, and social media manager. This experience honed my ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, improve my customer service skills, and manage social media content to engage the local community.

Following that, I spent over a year at Verizon as a retention and sales representative. I handled customer billing and technical concerns while also focusing on retaining clients and driving sales. This role sharpened my problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and sales techniques, providing me with valuable experience in both customer support and upselling.

In addition, I have freelanced as a graphic designer, working on projects that included logo design, advertisements, and promotional materials. As a graphic design assistant for several business ventures, I helped develop branding and marketing assets, gaining a deep understanding of design principles and client collaboration. These roles allowed me to combine my creativity with client needs, delivering impactful visual solutions.
