The good news is that Agency Performance Partners is growing! I am currently looking for the following:
  • Assistant/account manager that help execute our marketing strategy, follow up with clients, be part of the client experience and help run some exciting initiatives we have in 2015. We are currently working on a formal job description

Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator

 

Agency Performance Partners is a growing insurance training and consulting firm that specializes in working within the independent insurance world. Insurance may not seem exciting, however we are bringing a new and fun approach to the industry. As we grow we need a rock star to help keep us optimized and efficient while also executing our marketing strategy.

Job Responsibilities

As with any growing organization the responsibilities will change over time, however this is a basic outline of our expectations:

  • Coordinate travel
  • Confirm appointments
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding projects
  • Organize client projects and work to keep the team on track
  • Edit and proof read emails, client communications, powerpoints
  • Plan training events
  • Work to keep the company on budget
  • Post on social media channels as well as the company blog
  • Run metrics on our marketing strategy and make recommendations on improvements
  • Run and keep client metrics
  • Handle personal assistant tasks (shopping, sending gifts, running errands as necessary.  If person is remote, handling these items online)
  • Work with vendors to keep the business running

Position Requirements

  • Position would be working remotely, have an acceptable home office
  • This is a salaried position, salary is negotiable with experience
  • Light travel may be required
  • Hours can be flexible, however deadlines need to be met
  • Person needs to be driven, self starter, problem solver as well as a hard worker
