So, when we hear people throwing the word “busy” around, we can’t help but shiver. We are going to get into why it bothers us so and why you need to shift this very specific narrative.

If someone is calling concerned about their rate, they probably aren’t in an amazing financial situation. Honestly, remarketing may not be the best answer for them, especially not homeowners.”

Some of the phrases we have covered have been *almost* understandable to hear in your agency. But this one is completely unacceptable, especially in an independent insurance agency.
