Stephen Harrington-Descoteaux, CIC, brings nearly 25 years of insurance industry experience, including serving as an agency COO. He works with independent agencies to improve retention, strengthen sales, streamline processes, and develop leaders who help their teams succeed.

Stephen understands the realities of agency life, the competing priorities, overloaded schedules, and processes that look great on paper but don’t always survive a busy Tuesday. His approach combines practical training, clear expectations, and accountability with an understanding of each agency’s culture.

He brings humor, real-world examples, and ideas people can put to work immediately. He believes people do their best work when they understand what’s expected, have the tools and training to do it, and receive consistent support. He earned his CIC designation in 2009 and reminds teams that “accountability is fun”, especially when they can see the progress they’re making.
