When you change training programs we will onboard your team to the new system. This is designed to minimize any team confusion. At any point in time we can grant you access to the new Agency School to check it out. If you would like early access just let us know! If we don’t hear from you we will reach out by 6/1/2026 to migrate your account.Â

For our subscription clients you can reach out and we will migrate you at any time (you can even keep access to both schools if you are mid-learning). If we don’t hear from you we will be reaching out by 6/1 to share the features of the new platform and migrate you over.Â
This applies to subscriptions, Process Packs and Course Purchases.Â
We hope you are! Great job for building your skills. We can keep both platforms open so you get to see the new one but can finish your current training plan. Also, all of the training in our old platform is in the new one so you can pick up right where you left off!
Unfortunately, it will not come over. However, you can reach out and we can look up any previous training progress.Â
No worries – it happens! We will be closing the past school down on 6/30/26. We will automatically migrate you on this date – after we have exhausted all ways to contact you!
