I believe growth is a lifelong journey. I enjoy binge-watching psychological thriller movies and discovering unique cafés. Whether it’s a hidden coffee shop or a new place to explore, I enjoy experiences that spark curiosity and help me appreciate life’s simple moments.
Outline of My Career
I have experience in both the BPO and Virtual Assistant (VA) industries. I started my career as a Financial Advisor before transitioning to a Collections Specialist role, where I developed strong customer service and problem-solving skills. After more than a year in the BPO industry, I moved into the VA field as an E-commerce Virtual Assistant. Today, I continue to grow and develop my skills as part of APP, committed to delivering quality work and continuous learning.

I love discovering new places, especially historical landmarks and destinations rich in culture and stories. I’m also a huge fan of fun and adventurous activities, particularly thrilling rides at amusement parks. I enjoy exploring new cafés, trying new experiences, and creating memorable moments wherever I go.
