Personal Facts About Me
I’m a wife and a proud mom of two young adults — plus one very spoiled 7-pound golden doodle who’s basically my third child. Honestly, she offers more cuddles and kisses than my two kids combined! I’m a total football fanatic, and if it were up to me, I’d eat seafood for every meal but my family keeps that in check. I love to travel, explore new places, and connect with people. Engaging conversations are my favorite, especially when someone shares a life lesson or story from their journey — I truly believe we grow by learning from one another.

With over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, I’ve built my career around driving operational excellence, fostering growth, and developing high-performing teams. I began my journey managing personal and commercial insurance accounts, where I strengthened client relationships and honed my expertise in risk management. From there, I advanced into leadership roles, including Personal Lines Manager at Galveston Insurance Associates and Director of Agency Operations at Bamboo Insurance MGU, where I oversaw strategic initiatives, compliance, and revenue growth. Today, at Agency Performance Partners, I leverage my deep operational knowledge and leadership background to help agencies streamline processes, unlock growth opportunities, and achieve sustainable success.

I wouldn’t change my path in the insurance industry for anything. I have zero regrets about choosing this career — it’s where I’ve found my true passion. I love digging deep into problems, helping others find clarity, and working side by side with teams to create solutions that stick. For me, it’s never just about the end result — it’s about the journey we take together to get there.
