The number one you can do to improve your sales is also the number one thing you do not want to do.  And that is record, and listen to your sales calls!  Nobody really wants to do this.  Either you don’t have time or you just don’t want to listen to yourself.  But this is the best thing that you can do!  Listening to your sales calls increases your confidence and it helps to identify the areas you may be struggling on your calls.
